If you return a defective item, please attach a photo of the item.
You have 14 days to change your mind and return the item to us in its original state. Return costs are your responsibility.
We exchange items if they have a manufacturing defect.

The shipping costs are the responsibility of our customers. However, we refund the costs of defective products. In this case, contact our customer service: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The refund is made within 15 days from the date on which the return was received by our warehouse if all the conditions mentioned in the return procedure are fulfilled.
